How this is different from my usual coaching

In my coaching programmes, I teach, I advise, and I review what you bring back. I give you the direction. You do the building.

Here, that same coaching still happens. But it sits on top of me actually building with you. That covers the cash campaign, the offer, the content, the funnel, and the scripts, all of it.

The calls are different too. In my programmes, coaching happens on group calls. Here, we are on a private 1:1 call every week, working on your business and nothing else.

In short, I do not just coach you or consult on your business. I work inside it with you, as a partner.

Which also means you must be ready to move fast. I am working inside your business with you, so if decisions sit for weeks, we both feel it. If that is your pace right now, my coaching programmes are the better fit.

Why this costs what it costs

This is the first time I am running it, and that is why the price is what it is. The next round will cost more, because by then I will have done it 5 times and know exactly what it is worth. Right now I do not have that yet, so you get the version of me still proving it.

Here is the part that matters more. Because it is the first round, you get more of my time than anyone who comes after you. I am not being generous. I need these 5 wins before I can charge full price, so I will over deliver to make sure they do.

An agency and me are not the same thing

An agency cares about one thing: getting your numbers up. They build you something that works, hand it over, and move on. If the number goes up, they did their job. Nobody asks whether the offer fits you, or what it does to your week.

I care whether the whole thing fits you: the offer, the price, the pace, and what your week looks like once it is running. If it makes money and you hate running it, we have both failed.

Then there is the part nobody else touches. What happens in your head when it is time to post, say your price out loud, or ask for the sale on a call. That is usually the real blocker, not the funnel, and I coach that too because I have been on the wrong side of it myself.

An agency will never go near that. Here, it is most of the work.

Hire someone, or work with me

You could hire a person to do this. A decent marketing hire in Singapore costs S$3,000 to S$4,000 a month, plus CPF, plus months of training before they are useful. If they leave, the knowledge leaves too.

Or you work with me. I do not need training, since I have already built this for my own business and my clients. You get my team, my systems, and everything we make stays yours. If it does not pay for itself, I keep working with you until it does, at no extra cost (terms below).

What you should expect

I am not going to promise you a number. I do not know your market or how hard you will push.

What I can tell you is what we are building towards. One offer you can say out loud without flinching. A funnel that sorts people before they reach your calendar. Sales calls where you are picking, not convincing. And a week with space in it.

Because I personally work on every build.

This is not a course with a login. Everything gets shaped around how you actually talk, and that takes my time. 5 a month is the limit before quality drops.

I would rather do 5 properly than 15 badly. I also have a young son at home, so I am careful what I say yes to.

When a month's spots are taken, the next ones open the following month.

Who this is not for

If you do not want to do anything. This gets built with you, from your material, in your voice. I run the build, but I still need a few hours of you each week.
If you are not going to publish. The system makes the work easy. It cannot press post for you.
If you want to think about it for six months. That is fine, but the spots will be gone.

The setup fee gets the machine built, your offer, your funnel, your content, all of it. Then we run your cash campaign, aimed at bringing money in early. The goal is simple: your S$2,000 a month starts coming out of money your business made, not your own pocket.

And because nothing here locks you in, you only keep paying while this is actually working for you.

There is no contract. If you need to stop, you tell me and we stop. I would rather you were here because it is working, not because a piece of paper says so.
